"The Indiana Chamber of Commerce hosted a golf outing in July 2008 for the first time in South Bend. Blackthorn offered great assistance with the planning and carrying out of the event. All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was plentiful and the kitchen staff made great recommendations for what should be served on a hot summer day after a long round of golf. Since we had not hosted an event in South Bend before we were unsure of what to expect.
